On July 17, 2026  the 2025-2026 Audited Financials was circulated to the membership for your review and perusal. The earliest that the AGM can be reconvened is 21 days after the document was circulated. The Board met and determine the date when the AGM is to be reconvened.

Time:   2:00 in the afternoon

Sole Purpose: 

That the 2025-2026 Audited Financial Statements as prepared and finalized by Baker Tilly SK LLP be accepted and approved by the Members and then adjourn the AGM.
Once again, the 2025-2026 audit is enclosed with this invite. This is the second time that the audit is circulated.
